Please correct me if I'm wrong, but all vinegar is fermented. The bacteria (the mother) breaks down the fruit juice or wine and turns it sour. Some are pasteurized or distilled to stop this process, while others are sold raw. 💖🌞🌵😷

Dumb dumb, all vinegar is fermented. If it has sediment at the bottom it just hasn't been filtered.
