  1. I just purchased a 2021 Harvest Chilean extra-virgin olive oil-certified organic( dark green glass bottle)
It has the highest level of polyphenols I could find through my research.
It has 624mg/kg–which is more than twice as high of many super expensive oils claims of " super high" level olis. It was 34. For 16.9 on Amazon.
It's my favorite so far……….any others you can suggest?
    Thanks,great video.

  2. We got these olive trees that grow WILD in people's pastures and fields, they get loaded with small olives and I have never heard of anyone useing them. Most people don't know what them lite color bushy trees are , I have always wondered if you can get good oil from them- old school way 🤔🗺🤗 This is in North Central Kansas, hill country HERE and olive trees can be spotted all over once you recognize them🎢

  3. As orchards on the central coast of California mature, they are producing oil as good as anything in Europe. Im fortunate to be able to buy fresh oil at my local farmer’s market .It is like fresh orange juice to canned.

  4. ??… " every food grade oil requires chemical processing to become edible… except coconut- and olive- oil " ?? well.. no – flax oil, chia seed oil, sacha inchi oil, … do not require any chemical- nor heat processing and are among the best sources for Omega 3 essential fatty acids, that pretty much people in the whole Western World are deficient in – the other essential fatty acid Omega 6 is relatively abundant in many daily-use plant food oils and is more shelf-stable than Omega 3 (one of the reasons why large manufacturers do not want to bother with producing quality Omega 3 oils – too expensive and cumbersome to make them while maintaining shelf-stability/-life without chemical processing), and Omega 9 – not essential – is abundant and even more naturally shelf-stable – beside those, there are also Omega 7, 8, 12… but only Omega 3 and 6 are truly required to be supplied via diet, all others our body can derive from these two –
