  1. OMG that oil! LOL I worked at Walmart Auto care Center for 15 years. I have seen Cars come in with motor oil coming out like that. And having to remove sludge from the oil fill hole so we could put new oil in it! LOL Came from Arms Family Homestead, and glad I did!

  2. I dont know if I'd have the patience to pull that rat nest out piece by piece. After the big stuff I'd probably stick the leaf blower in a hole and blow the rest out, That or a shop vac LOL

  3. Daniel sent me over!! Enjoyed your video and subbed. Look forward to following and learning more. We just acquired a ‘76 Massey, Construction edition (heavy front loader and 3pt on rear), so the factory yellow is going to throw a lot of folks off when we start working on it. Have shown it in a background of a couple videos but not started our repair series yet.

  4. Just watching you pull out all that rats nest out out that tractor would have been enough for me lol. I would say after the carburetor rebuilt, everything else shouldnt be that hard. I know you still have alot to do to on her yet and it will awhile but i cant wait to hear olive oil run again.

  5. Hey, Hank. Arm's Family Homestead did NOT send me over. I found you all on my own 😉

When you check float settings on that carb, make sure that needle valve can open enough for adequate fuel flow. I had an old 60 that I overlooked that on, it would run fine for about two minutes after starting, then it would throw fits. I about lost my hair before I figured out where that was coming from. Gas couldn't flow in fast enough to make up for what was being taken out, when the bowl got low it would get too lean to run. It might take some rial & terror to find the right combination (float drop to float top), especially if someone like my younger self was in there before you.

  6. I have a 1965 Oliver 550 the hydraulics used to lift up all the way. They dont lift up all the way now. Hydronic level are good. Filter lm going to change, any other things I can check?
