Ingredients:
– 2 Bunches Flat Leaf Italian Parsley
– 1/4 cup Oregano
– 1 cup Warm Water
– 1 cup olive oil
– 1 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
– 5-6 Garlic Cloves
– Salt & Pepper to Taste
– Crushed Red Pepper Flakes (not obligatory)

Directions:
Mince up your parsley and garlic cloves and upload to a big blending bowl. Heat 1 cup of water in microwave for 1 minute. Add Oregano to heat water and let steep for more or less 3 mins. Pour oregano and water into bowl with parsley and garlic. Add olive oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, and chili flakes to bowl and blend smartly. Let relaxation a minimum of 2 hours earlier than serving!

  2. As an Argentinian this is a disgraceā€¦ you need a neutral oil not olive oilā€¦you also need red wine vinegarā€¦ and chimichurri is not spicy you need to use aji molido not chile flakes šŸ˜©

  3. Did he forget the garlic? I see it on the board and I've always had chimichurru with garlic in it, but maybe it's not authentic.
