Ingredients:
– 2 Bunches Flat Leaf Italian Parsley
– 1/4 cup Oregano
– 1 cup Warm Water
– 1 cup olive oil
– 1 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
– 5-6 Garlic Cloves
– Salt & Pepper to Taste
– Crushed Red Pepper Flakes (not obligatory)
Directions:
Mince up your parsley and garlic cloves and upload to a big blending bowl. Heat 1 cup of water in microwave for 1 minute. Add Oregano to heat water and let steep for more or less 3 mins. Pour oregano and water into bowl with parsley and garlic. Add olive oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, and chili flakes to bowl and blend smartly. Let relaxation a minimum of 2 hours earlier than serving!

As an Argentinian this is a disgrace… you need a neutral oil not olive oil…you also need red wine vinegar… and chimichurri is not spicy you need to use aji molido not chile flakes 😩

you should've steeped your oregano before doing anything so that you didn't have to wait later
My version has stems fresh oregano never dried one head of garlic and ginger.
id leave out the water… could just add oregano to warm vinegar
Did he forget the garlic? I see it on the board and I've always had chimichurru with garlic in it, but maybe it's not authentic.
