REPUBLICAN State Senator Shannon Groves (R) Bakersfield introduced Senate Bill 1319, to ban the foreign oil shipments to California. Costco gas in my area is over five dollars a gallon. Is Sharon Grove insane? 56% of our oil comes from foreign countries. I think Senator Grove should enroll in an economics class at a Bakersfield community college.

This is a great way to make gasoline cost $10 a gallon in California. How ignorant. This will also increase oil drilling in California and cause more spills.
