  1. I was enjoying listening to this and then she said almost no difference with GMO and organic. Nice you get a paycheck from a university researching them for Big Ag. Total crap. GMO's are saturated with pesticides. Unreal. Sellout.

  2. After 5 years, this video is already outdated. Almonds and brown rice have a lectin called phytate which is antinutrient. It prevents Calcium and other nutrients from being absorbed into your systems. That brown lectin-rich outer layer on almonds can be blanched out, or just buy almonds that are already blanched. Many nuts and grains have that. I would rather eat white rice than anything with wheat gluten. However, I would wash white rice very well to remove much of the arsenic, and just eat rice moderately. Washing very well removes vitamin B1, but I would replace it with Nutritional Yeast. Otherwise you'd be B1 deficient and get beriberi.

  3. Living with Diabetes disease for over 7 years was very difficult for me but all that changed when I came across Dr IGUDIA YouTube channel who cured my type 2 Diabetes with his natural herbs medication.

  4. Excellent presentation!! Loved your light hearted delivery. I am a 67 year old black female retired science teacher with one parent age 87 who developed dementia at about 70 years old and 4 of her 9 siblings have/ had it as well ( along with Diabetes)at some point starting in their 70s. My diet for 4 years has been 90 percent free of added sugar and processed food. Within my acceptable body mass index. Just tweeked my already heart healthy diet this year to the MIND DIET to be proactive about my brain health. I walk/ run for at least 40 to 50 minutes several times a week and do weights as well. It IS a journey. There is no guarantee, but no excuse not to help yourself be healthier before the last minute. Thanks for your information.

  5. Anyone can learn to hoop! The best but if advice for anyone starting out is to buy a very big, heavy hoop. 38-40” is a good size to start. It matters more than you’d think, having the correct hoop size to start out that is.
If you endure a little frustration, hooo through some bruises (unavoidable at first) eventually you’ll get your timing perfected and that will no longer happen. Before you know you’re buying a smaller hoop and progressing on. 🙂

  6. I was able to get a total cure to my type 2 diabetes with the natural herbs medication I ordered from Dr Igudia on YouTube. The natural herbs medication was indeed effective and I love my new life after using the medication.

  8. She's dead wrong on the proteins. Animals provide complex proteins that have common building blocks that other animals need to build their unique proteins. We need the building blocks to make our protein. All of these building blocks are found in plant foods. This is the standard misinformation… a whole lot of truth with a smaller yet good sized chunk of error. Considering that most educational institutions are funded by companies that sell products that are often related to the subjects taught at the institution it is no wonder. Fertilizer companies fund agriculture colleges, for example. So, you are much better off not using animals for protein because 1: you get the exact components you body needs without breaking down the complex proteins and 2: you avoid the acidic blood ph that comes with digesting animal proteins. When ph drops the immune system is weakened opening the door for disease to take a foot hold. this is why meat eaters are far more likely to get cancer.

  9. Sourdoughs toast topped with mashed avocado and pan fried mushrooms great breakfast or lunch. Mushrooms high in vit b12 iron and protein slip on a little balsamic vinegar

  10. thanks for your business and management of your order and data protection and how they are not logged in the future of the most important things to do with you.
