    Question : bakers don't like putting olive oil in their cakes due to strong taste, have you ever tried doing so?

  2. I have been following Mediterranean diet since my childhood, and I have been cooking my food for years with extra-virgin olive oil. To be honest when I cook food with extra-virgin olive oil it soothes my stomach where on the other hand my stomach hurts when I eat food cooked with other vegetable oils ( canola oriole, sunflower oil, vegetable oil, soy bean oil etc). I don’t know how come some people claim that olive oil is toxic when it is cooked. Let them do some research. 1400 years ago, or maybe before that, our prophets did not have any vegetable oil’s, they cooked with pure oil and basically extra-virgin olive oil

  3. But why cook it when it is clearly more beneficial raw?
    And if you must cook it, then minimally and at the lowest temperature.
    And only ever EVOO.
    And even then, oil is oil, it does have calories, you can't just eat tonnes of it.
    And unfiltered, organic is best.
    In short, try daal without any oul or tarka, then use EVOO, sea or Himalayan salt and lemon or lime, to season!
    And check the production and end of date.

    EVOO must maintain a slight burn aftertaste. If it loses that, it is getting old!

    Aaj hi ma ny olive oil buy kiya kiyon k ma Rafhan corn oi use krti ho kafi saal sy but aaj shop pr uss k or olive oil ki price ma ziyada frq nhi lga tou ma ny (Natures pomace oil by turkey) buy kr liya but abb wohi baat k is it good or not for cooking
