  1. Hello chef from India here. Thanks for sharing awsome, healthy vegetarian recipe. It’s super simple & delicious … keep posting more & also substitutes for vegetarian options…. Stay Blessed 😇

  2. I made this. As good as it was, I would definitely tone down the cumin. I wasn’t digging it. I would definitely add another spice. Maybe an all purpose? I also added Calabrian chilies for some heat. Delicious

  3. What a nice recipe. Checked all the ingredients and geuss what; got them all at home …..😉except for the yoghurt so I thought Tzatziki should also work fine….Tnx for this great idea in these too hot summer season in Europe…pppfff…

  4. OMG, these look sooooo delicious — but they're probably pretty messy to eat! Make sure you've got PLENTY of napkins ready — and I bet Albert's beautiful, simple Spanish tomato salad (check it out) would be the perfect side dish for this hearty, delicious lunch.

  5. Just made them but used the mayo recipe from Roasted Spanish Potatoes with Saffron Garlic Mayonnaise as my daughter doesn't like any yoghurts and it was a blast especially that it is so hot today in UK. Thank you for another yummy and quick recipe Albert. Hope you'll get 1mil subs in no time 🙂 Much love!

  6. I ♥️ love your gentle & unique way of speakiiiiiiiing, the way you extend your last syllablllllllllllles, and your wonderful spanish recipeeeeeeees, are wonderfuuuuuuuul. 👍🇨🇦
