  1. I live what you did! But I'm thinking of trying something else to try. I want to do a paint wash on the outside of my planter, and while the paint is wet sprinkle sand lightly in some areas for texture. Do you think this could work?

  2. I just found your videos & you are truly inspiring! I love your DIY pot aging ideas, by any chance do you have an Etsy storefront where you would sell these items? I would love to purchase a few of your DIYs

  3. Love this! When using the pot outdoors, will weather fluctuations cause the mortar to crack or breakaway from the original smooth surface of the planter?

  4. Looks beautiful! We had went camping recently and I grabbed some moss while we were out, originally going to use to put moss on the two big rocks I got from the same area last year, but I might use it to do this to one of my planters like yours. Mine is a bit smaller so I may have enough for both
    Thank you

  5. I’ve done this same technique only instead of a ceramic pot I used a bucked like the one you’re mixing in. I just cut a thing around the top so that it didn’t have rim and looked the exact same shape at the pit used here. It came out looking very similar a cost far less. I do however appreciate the moss tip and will try to use it next time I make one. Great video!:-)
