Classic Chicken Parmesan is as just right because it will get! This parmesan crusted hen is smothered in marinara and melted cheese and has the juiciest hen breast. Chicken Parmigiana is really easy!

Ingredients for Chicken Parmesan (4 servings):
►1 1/2 lbs (2 massive) hen breаsts lower in part for 4 cutlets
►1/2 cup all-purpose flour
►1 tsp salt, or to style
►1/2 tsp black pepper, or to style
►2 massive eggs crushed till frothy
►1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs
►1/2 cup parmesan cheese, shredded
►2 Tbsp extra gentle olive oil to sauté or as wanted
►24 ounces marinara sauce
►4 ounces mozzarella cheese (1 cup shredded)
Easy Homemade Marinara Sauce (3 cups):
►2 Tbsp olive oil
► 1/2 medium yellow onion
►3 garlic cloves, minced
► 28 ounces overwhelmed tomatoes:
► 1/2 tsp dried oregano
► 1/2 tsp salt
► 1/4 tsp black pepper
► 1 Tbsp basil or parsley, finely minced

Hi, so tomorrow I'm going to make this dish and also find a dish; egg plant parmesan. I wanted to ask if the chicken on the pan isn't cooked completely, it'll be cooked all the way through from being in the oven? I hate cooking chicken because it's so hard to tell when it's actually cooked, but we are in the mood for parmesan so I wanted to ask.
