  2. Recomendación, jamás compréis un jamonero de esos fijos. Ya no solo que sean malos, es que no sujetan bien el jamón y hay riesgo de accidente con el cuchillo.

    Merece la pena comprar un jamonero de mejor calidad, como mínimo de los que puedes girar el jamón sin tener que soltarlo de la argolla superior.

    Por cierto el boquerón y la anchoa son el mismo pescado, con una elaboración diferente.

    Respecto al café torrefacto, mejor evitarlo, pues como bien dices es café mezclado con azúcar a altas temperaturas hasta que el azúcar se convierte en carbonilla perdiendo todo el dulzor, y adquiriendo un sabor a quemado, y unas propiedades muy poco recomendables para nuestra salud. Es un método que fue necesario para lo antiguos viajes en barco, pero que a día de hoy debería dejar de hacerse.

    Por si alguien tiene la duda, el cocido madrileño, callos, fabada, etc en lata, esta en todos los supermercados de España
