  1. Hire several employee's whose only job is focusing on OSHA standards and compliance.
It's an actual worthy Federal Standard that will protect your workforce, morale, and fiscal continuity.
Quality is just as important as profit and quantity.

  2. Innocent blood has reached the heavens once again! The hand of Yahuah will be felt.

Psalms 7:11 Yahuah judges the righteous and is angry with the wicked everyday.

Matthew 10:34 think not that I am come to send peace on the earth: I came not to send peace, but a sword.
Deuteronomy 32:43 rejoice, o ye nations, with HIS people: for he will avenge the blood of his servants, and will render vengeance to his adversaries, and will be merciful unto HIS land, and to HIS people.

Revelations 13:10 he that leads into captivity shall go into captivity: he that kills with the sword MUST be killed with the sword.

  3. Who stop the belt who stop the belt…. nobody stops the belt until I say so.
Exact words from a FedEx manager.
That's why your packages and boxes are ripped and smashed.
I'm glad I no longer worked in that hell hole
    Never send items thru fedex

  4. That belt that drags the boxes at end has a sensor to stop from piling. Unfortunately bosses (whoever is in the current area) have the audacity the turn the sensor to the side not letting boxes to stop. All just to meet the time in order to keep that pay smh already losing coworkers from getting hurt from boxes falling on their ankles many pickers walking with a limp its sad, safety ain't their priority all they do is walk around meeting each other one side to the other must be nice 🙂

  5. Fedex is a bad company. They have deaths every year never fix anything and still have deaths. They dont care about lives they care about money. Screw fedex

  6. A lot of jobs can be dangerous, but FedEx does have ongoing issues being short staffed, but still pushing for max output. They claim to be about safety, and yet put staff in unsafe situations. It's a choice. You don't have to work in these conditions.

  7. Bottom Line is Fed Ex does not give AF about their employees. CEO’s making hundreds of thousands a year and they try to penny pinch anyway they can cutting OT, making you start later, take extra unpaid breaks even though it’s not state law. It all adds up to $600-1k less a month when gas prices and inflation on everything is horrible right now. They are screwing people and not paying liveable wages. Managers suck too. Piss poor leadership from top to bottom.

  8. I used to work at FedEx and on certain belts it is so many packages that you get locked in the truck your working on and you have to literally push and throw packages out the way just to exit the truck

  9. Wow! This is the first time I’m even hearing this and I work at this hub in OB MS. That crazy, my prayers and condolences for the family in their time of bereavement

  10. My mom works at the one on Hutchinson Texas hub and she just told me that about 3 people died there in the last few months…wow…but that they keeping it on the hush hush…

  11. I'm sick and tired of hearing companies proclaim that safety is their highest priority. It's logistically and fiscally impossible. "Safety" is not a product or a commodity. It cannot be traded for profit. It's no different than keeping the toilets clean or maintaining the property. It can only COST you money and companies open the doors every day to MAKE money. It's time to cut the crap and accept that EVERYTHING in life has risks. Some days we're the bug, some days we're the windshield.

  12. This is one of the major reason among others I will not work for FedEx ever! I know they have Safety 1st signs all around that plant. That is just a facade companies like this do not that take Safety First seriously, above all else their profits comes before human life. I guarantee they don't even pay for the man's funeral that's how selfish and greedy people are. And I would definitely never live in Mississippi the worst state out of all 50 states. Especially toward black people.
