    Is this the same palm oil that we can find in almost every product, from food to cosmetics? I have always thought that the palm oil is a fat that is not well absorbed by our body.

  10. Olive Oil and Avocado oil are on the lower end of the good fats, because they come from the fruit. Seed oils and vegetable oils are the worst for health, even more than carbs
