6 soft ripe Avocadoes
1 Garlic head
1/2 cup Cilantro (avoid stems)
1 tsp. Flax seed
Water to blend smoothly.
3 tbsp. Lemon juice
4 tbsp. olive oil or E.V.O.O.
Salt & Pepper to taste

1. Take 6 soft ripe Avocadoes, deshell and scoop out soft fruit.
2. Take 1 Garlic head, crush to take skin off.
3. Measure 1/2 cup Cilantro (avoid stems)
4. Measure 1 tsp. Flax seed.
5. Put everything in blender with a little bit of water to blend easier.
7. Measure 3 tbsp. Lemon juice
8. Measure 4 tbsp. olive oil or E.V.O.O.
9. Salt & Pepper to taste
