The aroma is pure magic.Golden yellow liquid used to collect at the top of the pot, and it was left to cool and poured into glass jars. My mother still makes ghee at home and it's the best thing ever. We use the ghee to spread on rice and pigeon peas dal, a teaspoon or two generously and eat the warm food and thank the earth for this blessing.

I love desi or pure ghee no matter whatever diet I follow I don't give up ghee completely and take it a little cause it really helped me to control the excess acid production which causes ulcers and tastes yummy ,My Nani and dad used to say that what Dr is saying in this video that's why our forefathers lived longer cause they used only desi or pure ghee in their food and cooking but they were physically active , all we need to be physically active ,we need to change our lazy life style not food.
