  1. I’m in day 5 of taking extra virgin olive oil. California. This was the most informative video yet. I’m new to the olive oil stuff. Have chronic congestion in chest along with inflammation from athletic over the years. Right now my digestive system seams to be better. Less bloating etc. I seem to have less mucous at this time.   2. Can you please compare & contrast the data about olive oil Caldwell Esselstyn MD is referring to. He said NO oils?
    He said oils damage the endothelium cells that is responsible to make Nitric Oxide.
    I’m confuse & trying to differentiate the two.

  3. I mix it with Apple cider vinegar, lemon juice from a freshly squeezed lemon, and drink it with 16 ounces of water twice a day. The olive oil takes the sourness off the apple cider vinegar and lemon.

  6. Olive oil is heavily use in western country bcoz of its cold climate. Once consume it needs u less amount of energy to burn this fat. In cooking, olive oil is light so less fire to prepare. Olive also abundant and probably cheaper in western. Kindly confirm on this OP. Thanks

  11. 0:39 About 5 years ago, I saw that video, and that was the END of Canola oil for me. If you watch the whole "Making Canola Oil" video, you will NEVER let that stuff pass your lips again. Total INDUSTRIAL process. (and I like industry, just not to eat)

  12. I’ve moved from having a spoon of coconut oil to olive oil. Not sure why I feel like I’m losing some mass although I’m not feeling weak and I’m not over weight. Not sure if it’s olive oil or something else that’s causing it. The olive oil I’m using is pure and organic and has a very nice taste
