This high-protein 💪extremely easy salad wishes no sophisticated elements. Chickpeas, Quinoa is protein-rich and remains smartly outdoor for a couple of hours⌛

⏩Ingredients

Dressing
2 tbsp garlic chopped
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp balsamic/apple cider vinegar
2 tsp honey
Salt and pepper to style

4 cups kale leaves
1 cup cooked quinoa/brown rice
1 tin tired chickpeas
½ cup pom arils or peaches chopped
100 grams cheese like cheddar or parmesan
¼ cup olives (green and black)
¼ cup cherry tomatoes
¼ cup onion sliced (thinly)

– Mix the entire dressing elements like olive oil, vinegar, garlic, honey and salt and pepper in a screw-top jar. Mix smartly.
