This creamy, healthy version of vegetarian mayonnaise made with cashews is great for both vegans and vegetarians alike. It’s thick, creamy, and works perfectly in any recipe that calls for mayonnaise. Normal mayonnaise made in the French style uses egg yolks that are emulsified with oil and vinegar. In an effort to come up with a vegan, eggless version.
Ingredients:
Cashew nuts – 1 cup
Garlic cloves – 2
Salt – ¼ tsp
White Pepper Powder – ¾ tsp
Dijon Mustard or Mustard powder – ¼ tsp
Apple cider vinegar or lemon juice – 1 tsp
olive oil – 2 tsp
Water
