Thank you so much!
I was watching him all the time… barely noticed what he was doing with the chillies😊😊😊
I grew some awesome hanbanero peppers in my garden this year. They're so floral aromatic and muy bueno! I'm totally doing this because I was stressing about how to preserve all of them. I pickled a bunch of Sante Fe Grande among others, but pickled habanero's don't sound appealing. Maybe a hot mango chutney with some habanero?
I couldn’t find the recipe on your site. What is the salt to peppers ratio?
I’m loving how simple you do things. Your videos are amazing and applicable. Thank you!
Nice vid- if u want to keep them whole- can u put full chili in salt? 2) can u keep chilli with salt and vinegar ( without using oil) ? Thank u
I’m afraid these are going to be too salty. Can I rinse them before added olive oil ??
Salute and Graxie Piasan. Thanks for bringing Italy to US.
Thanks man I’ve been growing Chili’s all summer and been looking for a simple preserving method!
Does the chili oil need to be refrigerated or can it be left on the counter?
Hi, do you rinse the chillis to get rid of the salt? in order to make to make CHILLI OIL … I guess its the same recipe? thanks for your reply
thank you for this video!!!
what if you don't pull the water out? would they spoil? i hate to waste anything! I keep a jar of chopped serramos in my fridge with salt and when the water starts to run i put that on the food and it its great way of keeping serranos for a long time, i will add some oil next time to see the difference, thanks for posting, you are the best!
I love your videos ❤ Hello from Illinois ❤❤
mmm yes, habanero handling and then going for a piss is…memorable…
Thankyou for explaining it so simply . So it's easy to follow the recipe.
This has to be one of the Best Explanation Videos I have seen on YouTube. Grazie Mille!! A Normal, simple explanation!
Shall I keep them in the fridge ?
What was the benefit of pressing overnight? I can guess but…
Your recipe caught my attention!! 🙂
Thank you for sharing your knowledge and experience from this amassing receipe.
It made me feel ready and finally pushed me to try.
I wish you all the best !! 🙂
Can you use hot cherry peppers in the same way?
wow! very simple to follow.
nice one.
Do you keep in the fridg?
Question. Putting the jars or chilli's in boiling water, would that help preserve the chilli's instead of using Salt?
I would love to know after that lovely work where is the best place to store the jars of chilli on the counter top, in a fridge or in a pantry?
"And after if you touch you eyes, or somwhere else, you will remember…..
Forever!" This man cracks me up.
Thank you for simplifying this. How would you suggest I can preserve my garlic too?
i had difficultly finding a recipe that was close enough to italian chili oil but with the peppers available in thailand…until i realized when i saw your 7 eleven water bottle – you are in thailand 🙂
What is ratio of salt to chilli? For say 100g of chopped chilies, how many grams of salt? Is this same for other vegetables e.g. aubergine or eggplant, mushroom, green beans?
EXACTLY what I was looking for! Thank you! Subscribed!
Why; after cutting the chilli, should it be covered with a cloth and placed under something heavy, overnight?
1:07 he remembered…
Mine still have salt after pressing overnight. Is that ok?
Do you have to refrigerate after or can they go in the cabinet?
Hello, how much salt do you use? I went to your website to find the recipe but it's in Italian and I can't understand it.
Really nice!
