It is very difficult to find real olive oil these days most olive oil in the grocery store is garbage. But when you get the real deal it’s one of the most amazing things for your health to help you live longer healthier life. Here in the U.S I found much better luck getting real proper olive oil when choosing from california varieties. California olive oil is a little bit more likely to be real than imported olive oil. Trader Joe’s California EVOO is the best I’ve found so far and I’ve tried dozens of brands.
