  1. I don’t get it: why would anyone buy a salad dressing? I get a large bowl and throw into it some cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil, some cider vinegar and some Dijon mustard, and then mix it for a few seconds. Sometimes I add chopped raw garlic and some dried parsley and tarragon, unless I’m using those ingredients elsewhere in my meal. I then throw in some romaine lettuce etc, and give it all a quick stir. It takes seconds.

  2. To get a vinaigrettes to stick to my salads (I have a raspberry I like, despite being thin) and I mix it with a healthy ranch. Believe it or not, the flavors blend for my taste, and my granddaughter LOVES the "pink" salad dressing!!

  3. What is .install oil how much does it harm indian com.panies adulterate coconut oil with mi real or rather put little xoxo it in .mineral how much has been done docter pls guide

  4. Confusing: He says 'of course you don't want to add fish oil to your salad dressing' but then proceeds to say, "i like the fish oils the best" and recommends cod liver oil (in the notes). What what?

  5. Can't believe what I am watching here; we have a salad most days and always make our own dressing…it's so easy. 4 parts virgin olive oil, one part vinegar, a crushed garlic clove, a teaspoon of mustard, salt and pepper…that's it. Don't spend you money on that unhealthy manufactured crap.

  6. I know all the bad oils by heart. I've tried to use olive oil and avocado oil in both salad dressings and homemade mayo – both were a no go for me as those oils taste horrible for both applications. Any other oils that I can use that don't taste like paint??

  7. Just saw this tutorial and they look good….Kim going to have to try the first 2….the 3rd one with peanuts contain lectins so unfortunately I can't eat that one. Thank you for sharing your dressings with us.

  8. No not what I was looking for. No vinegar & no Lemon dressings. Low acid diet because of silent acid reflux. Trying to heal my damaged throat & larynx.
