Ingredients:
2 eggs
⅔ cup extra-virgin olive oil
1 cup sugar
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 pinch salt
½ cup chocolate chips (non-compulsory)
Directions:
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 365 levels F (185 levels C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 2
Cream in combination eggs, olive oil, and sugar in a bowl the usage of an electrical mixer till clean and light gold in colour. Add flour, baking powder, and salt and blend till simply blended. Fold in chocolate chips. Shape dough right into a ball and refrigerate for half-hour.
Step 3
