  2. Bruscetta using French bread.. piangi tra le braccia di tua madre. What is wrong with Americans! P.s don't drain the tomato so early. Let it sit with salt and then drain

  3. good job, but don't toast them in the the oven, give it a blast in a pan for a few minutes, this way the bread will be soft in the middle and crisppy on the edges.

    besides that i recommend you press the middle of the bread slightly with your thumb to make a hole of sorts, this will keep the mix from falling so easily out of the bread
