This Italian pasta salad recipe is loaded with recent and colourful greens, cheese, salami, and do-it-yourself Italian dressing. Toss with your favourite pasta to create an unforgettable dish.

ITALIAN PASTA SALAD INGREDIENTS:
►8 ounces Rotini Pasta (too can use tri-color)
►6 ounces Salami, sliced into strips
►10 ounces Cherry tomatoes, halved (3 cups or 1 pint)
►1/2 English Cucumber, diced
►1/2 medium Red Onion, diced
►8 ounces Fresh Mozzarella Pearls (or mozzarella balls halved)
►1/2 cup Black Olives, pitted and sliced
►1/2 cup Kalamata olives, pitted and halved
►1/2 cup Roasted Red Peppers, coarsely chopped
►1/3 cup parsley, finely chopped
►1 cup Italian Dressing

ITALIAN DRESSING INGREDIENTS:
►½ cup extra virgin olive oil
►3 Tbsp white wine vinegar
►1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, finely grated
►1 Tbsp mayonnaise
►1 tsp granulated sugar
►1 garlic clove finely grated or pressed
►1/2 tsp dried oregano
►1/2 tsp dried parsley
►1/2 tsp dried basil
►3/4 tremendous sea salt or added to style
►1/2 tsp black pepper or to style

  1. This was amazing! I used sundried tomatoes and some pepperoncini peppers instead of the roasted red peppers and it turned out excellent. Also added a bit more mayo for a creamier dressing. Make lots, you'll want leftovers!

    I live in ranch country w me as one of the only Italians here. I make Italian food for pot lucks and different functions. These people are such virgins that they are nuts for my food.

  7. What a great meal idea. This is basically the ingredients I use when making a salad with lettuce. I use pepperoni instead of salami. I think I’ll make this and use both pepperoni and salami! Thanks for the recipe 👍

  9. How to easily and quickly cut cherry tomatoes. Use deli container lid (flat side) cover tomatoes with another lid hold down cut between lids with serrated knife …. Presto !!
