    I just can't find a fresh Olive oil in Glasgow Scotland, all the so called Organic oils taste bitter and cannot be drunk, I need to find a source of Olive Oil as I use it in Gallbladder and Liver detoxing.

    1st the color is a variety indicator , 2nd the shiness when u know the variety is a "fresness" indicator or else u can spot the old oil 3rd a good looking food seems tastier its called presentation , 4th by burning up a spill of oil with a butane lighter u can know what the olive was washed up from ( debrits/dust chems/fumes )

    Your the ignorant one man! Color has no bearing whatsoever on taste/quality. I've seen the process and honestly the green color is only chlorophyll. chlorophyll can range greatly from one batch to another of the same harvest. This guy is a well known EVOO expert.
