• 1 tablespoon kosher salt
• 1 pound rotini pasta
• 6 oz mozzarella cheese balls
• 4 oz sliced salami
• 1 cup baby tomatoes
• ½ cup crimson bell pepper
• ½ cup green bell pepper
• ½ cup crimson onion
• ½ cup black olives
• ⅓ cup sliced pepperoncini
• 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
• 1 tablespoon sliced basil leaves
—Italian Dressing
• ⅓ cup crimson wine vinegar
• 1 tablespoon honey
• 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
• 1 tablespoon dried Italian seasoning
• 2 teaspoons mayonnaise

  2. Pasta and ALL foods CAN be made WITHOUT adding salt. I hope people do not look at this and other recipes and think they cannot have it because you “have” to add salt.
