This was once a training lesson and I realized such a lot about olive oil that I think a commute to Europe in my long run. Today we talk with Tim Balshi, the landlord of Seasons olive oil & Vinegar Taproom. From the olive farmers to the mill in Spain (which they personal), to the few months for harvest, to the diversities between virgin olive oil and extra-virgin olive oil, we speak about it…and the whole thing in between.
The best burning query I’ve left is why I really like olive oil, however am now not partial to olives.
