Excellent series on olive oil! I know so many people who know next to nothing about olive oil and it’s wonderful properties and health benefits. Being of Spanish heritage, I’ve used olive oil all my life and even carry a small bottle with me when I go out to eat…I get some strange looks but I feel strongly about the olive oil I consume 😉
