    Also love how the thumbnail shows coconut oil clogging blood flow…. Fat is transported through your lipid system and almost all triglycerides found in the blood were originally excess glucose in the blood.

  4. Coconut oil lowers DHT, that's the reason I don't use it anymore. DHT doesn't cause hairloss, it's a powerful form of testosterone that is needed to maintain a beard and muscle

  5. Time to dig further and watch a few of the other YouTube videos re alzheimers and LDL goes higher with age. They have dug deep and found the reverse.

The trouble here guy is that while I’m no kook the institutions we want on our side, for generations and to this day, have directly caused untold suffering and death to ourselves, loved ones, and our culture and food supply systems are still quite polluted (trend worsening) with toxic shit and bad info… just follow the money. There is NO WAY such studies can be trusted while countless gallons of toxic processed bullshit vegetable oil fills the shelves at every grocery store nearest to every person reading this, including you. How much harm sits on those shelves? I doubt coconut oil is worse.

    So you have a huge credibility problem by quoting studies by the same system that itself has not acknowledged any of this and most likely continues to this very minute accepting cash for outcomes. Am I overgrouping? Oh sorry but I’m the consumer not the scientist nor the presenter whose adjacency to the corruption bears greater onus.

    So thanks for the effort but I’ll take my chances on how my body responds, as I’m sure you’re smart enough to realize the fallacy of trusting liars. Theeeeeeenks

  7. Hey, Stop Misinforming your f**** viewers buddy meta-analysis studies don't mean s*** they don't consider other lifestyle factors like smoking binging on sugar and fast food. The cholesterol myths have been disproven for decades now stop living in the f**** 80s and relying on dogshit studies to spew to your delusional viewers LDL is not a factor in cardiovascular health whatsoever, so much misinformation here it's not even funny. Malnourished vegan propagandist.

    I would assume coconut milk is in the same ballpark? I had a high fat breakfast (coconut curry) for the first time in a while and I noticed less energy and more anxiety. Probably just a coincidence but a flag went up nonetheless. I’d hate to lose Indian and Thai coconut curries.

    I’ll have to keep monitoring and maybe only have them in moderation

  13. Just eat no oil food… Add turmeric .. moderate fruits… Steamed or boiled vegetables 5 days a week… Run every day and light exercises to moderate exercises 6 days a week… 👍

  16. Just take some bile salts, cholesterol is actually your friend and if your levels are too low thats more dangerous than having slightly high levels.
    I was a vegetarian for too long and after increasing my fat intake and eating pasteur raised eggs and meat Im 38 and almost at the healthiest version of myself ever.
