Preparation Time: 10 minutes + 1 hour Marinating time (Marinating is optional)
Cooking Time: 6 minutes
Total Time: 16 minutes

Pan Fry Spiced Caribbean Lamb Chops
Lamb chops
Green seasoning
Garlic cloves
Jerk Seasoning
olive oil
Fresh Thyme
Lemon Juice
Black Pepper
Tamarind Paste
Onion granules
Garlic granules

In the video I used beef dripping partly for added layer of flavour but also for its high cooking temperature unlike extra virgin olive oil. It tastes really delicious. However you can use whatever oil you want. I like to experiment in my cooking and like to mix it up.
Also, to note that the aromatics used such as the jerk and green seasoning, will give some charring to the meat as it if was being barbecued.
If you want your chops rear cook for less time.
As you would have noted I served mine with Couscous, roasted bell peppers and vegetables along with whipped feta and Greek yoghurt with some flavours of the Caribbean…..delicious and cooling at the same time!!!!
