Roasted Garlic Avocado Toast

For the roasted garlic cloves:
2 garlic bulbs
2 Rosemary sprigs
200ml chilli infused olive oil
For the toasted bread:
1 ciabatta bread
1tbsp olive oil
Salt to style
For the topping:
1 avocado
Salt to style
Pepper to style
Chilli flakes
Thyme leaves
olive oil

Preheat oven to 160C
Peel the garlic cloves and switch them to the ovenproof baking dish. Add chilli infused olive oil simply to hide the garlic(about 200ml)
Add rosemary sprigs on best and canopy with aluminium foil or a lid. Roast for 40-50 mins lined, then take away the foil and roast for every other 10 mins. When in a position take away from the oven, discard the rosemary sprigs and let it cool. Then switch to the jar with the lid.
To toast the bread, preheat the oven to 200C.
Slice ciabatta bread in part lengthwise. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.
Bake for 8-10minutes or till golden.
To bring together, take 2-3 roasted garlic cloves and unfold them over the toasted ciabatta part. Repeat with the opposite part.
Cut avocado in part, deseed and the use of the spoon take away the skin. Then slice and position on best of the toast. Drizzle with olive oil, then sprinkle with salt, pepper, chilli flakes and thyme leaves.

Please be aware:
You can retailer roasted garlic with oil in a refrigerator for as much as 1 week. You can use it in marinades, dressings, and for drizzling on cooked greens and meats.
You can use different olive oil for roasting the garlic cloves if you do not like highly spiced. For instance, basil infused olive oil, lemon infused or simply extra virgin olive oil.
