  1. I love your recipes and have made so many. At the moment I have many very beautiful striped zucchinis, so your stuffed zucchini recipe is perfect. Always wanted to try something with chickpeas, so this recipe is perfect and I shall try it too.

  2. This looks wonderful. I love Spanish rice. I will definitely try this. Thank you. I am not a meat either so I really appreciate your recipes. PS. How does one know if a pan is oven safe? I have a large pan with a metal handle and think it might be oven safe.

  3. I don't think I've ever had baked rice before, but this sounds like the ideal way to try it! What a delicious sounding, relatively easy to prepare dish. Can't wait to try! Thanks so much for posting 🙂

  4. Albert I can only get hold of paella rice for this recipe, will that be a good substitute or does it have to be the rice you use? Removing the skins after being cooked the garlic cloves are to be consumed with the dish?

  5. Hey Albert – I cookled this dish for my partner last weekend and she loved it 🙂 Me? very surprised that this dish cooked "exactly" as you'd demonstrated and "exactly" as the recipe stated – just fabulous – hugs & thanks from Melbourne.
