In our space that is the month to prune the suckers in preperation for the harvest in a couple of months. The cooler climate additionally method it is more uncomplicated to make fermented meals once more, beginning with my favourite, kimchi. Maarten additionally continues with the shed and I’m again in the garden with my new helper to skinny out some brassica begins. We love our existence right here on the farm and hope you revel in this video 🙂

We left the rat race in the Netherlands in 2018 and moved south in our outdated campervan. Two years in the past we purchased land in Portugal that were deserted for a number of a long time. After a lot of onerous paintings we now reside in a phenomenal yurt and stay ourselves busy rising our personal greens in addition to generating olive oil, wine and honey on a small scale. I made kimchi with what is available to us. It's good, but the traditional version is better. Here's a good recipe: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eTucCw1w6Ak
The olive trees take such a hiding, they come back from near death every time. They take a lot of thinking out. I never thought kindly of the branches when dried out. So scratchy. I wonder about you building in mud brick or mud mix. You seem to have that wonderful thick red clay. What ever you do the wonderful dr google will provide lessons.I love the way we can all share in our building experience. Thank you
Love that baby! 🤗
The rhythm of the passing seasons is one of the things I enjoy most about living on a farm… And your daughter reminds me very much of mine, who must be a couple of years older – interested in everything, always helping one way or another… Great video!
If carefully managed, Goats are good for pruning unwanted brushes while at the same time getting milk and meat from them.
Your garden is looking good.
I had to ask….
Maarten's shirt in the beginning. Google Translate says that it says "The Frost Lies/Is On A Sausage." I suspect that may not be right 😉
I just must know – On what does the frost lie??
De vorst lijkt op een worst hahaha Het zegt zo heerlijk veel en ik begin maarten steeds leuker te vinden.
Your video's just get better and better ! amazing family ! Thanks
Puck will grow up and become a wonderful environmentalist, I'm sure.
Great job guys and great upbringing !
You can bake the quinces in the oven. It is really good with meat as a side dish. Make jelly with the skin and the pips.
Wow bo is growing so fast he sitting up now sand he so cuter too
I think you need a strimmer. When the weeds turn yellow in May or June, cut the weeds and it will make it easy to walk in the land. Otherwise the dry weeds can irritate the skin
Good morning , I love how looks your project . Soon my wife and me we move to do same as you .We like know how you take that decision to go out the city life.?Good lock FromTampa Florida soon fromColombia South America
Kimchi lukt nog beter als je de schil aan de wortel laat zitten…..
Leuke filmpjes lieve mensen 👍🏻
Living a life as close to nature as possible and the blessing of being far away from the maddening crowds. Mom and Dad have perfect patience in teaching Puck how to grow vegetables in her future life. Thankyou for sharing your lives with your viewers. Best wishes in everything you do,
Pond looking good and are those nice big quince? Maarten – I would get that digger bucket onto 2 pallets and cover from the rain 🙂
Your new camera will take some time getting used to but you'll get that sorted. Kids are looking good/healthy. Glad Puck has started school, it's nice for her to have other kids (and teachers) around… like the start of a life a little separate from the family, new adventures for her.
I'm wondering how Maarten is keeping that pallet wall upright because he didn't put any post holes in. Are the pallets just attached to each other? Is there some trick I'm missing? lol
Don't talk to me about new cameras. I am trying to learn a new camera that I got for Christmas last year and I am having difficulty too. Love your videos. You have come far with your property and Puk and Bo are so cute. How is Puk enjoying school? Martin is always thinking of new projects and building with what he has, he is amazing. You both work so hard.
Wow your veatables look great 💕💕💕 and your babies are growing so fast 🥰🥰🥰🥰 I hope enjoy your coffee
The new camera is nice. The land looks lovely. Great video
Do you two feel comfortable discussing the subject of not receive your hurt from Russia? If so I would like to hear about the progress. You four are AWESOME people. Keep up the GREAT work.
Is the pond holding water now?
I can tell the heat has left as you all seem a bit more relaxed! I know the channel is not about the kids but I am wondering how Puck is doing in school. Is she learning portuguese? Does she like it? Are you saving any seeds? I love to save Zinna seeds. So gratifying to do. Have a good week and see you next time.
The fall work to get ready for winter is always so much rush . We are trying to get everything in , got killing frost last month , it's a bit of reality check when you think there is still lots of time . Beautiful place you are making
Puk must sleep so well at night burns up alot of energy
I can observe a great evolution in editing skills. Really nice editing, time of the videos and clean content (without adds). Indeed, it invites to watch several videos in one shot to catch up after some time disconnected. Nice, smoothie watching, really nice Lea. Congratulations! You are also becoming a film expert as well as a garden expert :D. Lovely Puk… Schssss. She is the main star :). Big hug from North Galicia
Nice
Very enjoyable to follow you at your farm⚘❤
