  4. I would not use Olive oil for deep frying bc of the smoke point. Most of these good oils are pretty expensive to be filling a deep fryer with too. If I was rich maybe… But I'm not. 😑

  5. I'll be 60 this year and am in good shape. Many friend's, and so many other's have died from brain cancer, diabete's, and are in poor health from the processed crap they eat. We do eat some, but don't make it a steady diet of transfats. Remember because it taste's good it may not be good for you, Ritz cracker are banned in most European country's because they are made with soy.
