Components
* 2 1/2 cups (231 g) rolled oats (or fast oats)
* 1/2 cup + 2 tbsp (100 g) water
* 2 1/2 tbsp (52 g) maple syrup
* 2 1/2 tablespoons (33 g) extra virgin olive oil
* 2 teaspoons vanilla
* 1/4 teaspoon salt

Directions
* Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
* Position the rolled oat in a blender or Food processor and mix till you get a rough! flour.
* Combine the oatmeal, vanilla, and salt in a bowl, and upload the extra virgin olive oil.
* Convey the water with maple syrup to the boil and pour it into the bowl. Combine with a spoon and let it cool quite.
* Then use your arms to shape a dough. Be happy so as to add a little extra water if the dough feels too crumbly. Simply upload it a tablespoon on the time.
* Roll out the dough till very skinny (3mm) and lower in circles with a spherical cookie cutter.   2. Me too, I just did it although I made and adjustment by replacing olive oil with cooking oil and vanilla with nutmeg jam. Turns out it's good. Thank you for the recipe, definitely will bake this again 🙂

    You can use melted butter in place of olive oil. I add lemon thyme and sprinkle with salt flakes when I take them out of the oven.
    You can mix it up. Sooo good.
