  1. None are very good as they make my hair look clumpy, oily and weigh it down. I use pure Argan oil and only a tiny amount. Hair is more manageable after a good deep condition, a d with a leave-in used. Went down the oil route but absolutely did not work for my hair. Everyone's hair is vastly different and Hair oil does not work for everybody. My hair is very thick…like a horse tail, long (down to my butt) and low porosity. If your hair is the same, oil will not do anything but make it look heavy, greasy and gross.

  2. I'd advise most guys to not focus so much on hair. We see it as our "youth" but it's actually a Billion dollar business. At the end of the day stay healthy, keep your body clean, and your hair should do well if its conditioned. I like the brand Enjoy because I have thicker long hair and it keeps it moisturized because I have to wash daily due to dermatitis (gnarly dandruff that gets oily and comes off in big pieces). I have a female friend who just buzzed her hair, as she just wanted some change, so don't be afraid of if u have tons of hair or none. Nobody is keeping track. Society spreads a contagious obsession with youth, it's stupid. Society should never be the end all to make you consider changing yourself for others, life is a gift.

  3. Question: I have thick hair and have recently grown it out this winter and its cold so i wear a hat alot. My scalp have started to itch and I have also gotten some dandruff. Which oil should i use? I have straight and fine hair

  4. Interesting. I let long frizzy curly ish hair air dry after my showers and don’t use my hair oil I have it’s Moroccan oil in the pump bottle and the chi silk infusion.

I think they both have dimethicone and possibly alcohol but I didn’t read the label. So I don’t wanna apply these unless I style my hair …for shine etc. Otherwise I don’t wanna weigh my hair down or use it on my damp hair after my shower. So eh I just use them for shine I suppose

  5. Why do you use it before shampoo and conditioner? And how long do you leave it on for??

What about on damp hair? Do you use this coconut oil? It has silicone which isn’t great for the hair

What about the Moroccan oil?? With pump

  6. I use coconut oil for growth. Sometimes I use castor oil or mix the two together. Castor oil is too thick to use on its own. Coconut oil helped my hair grow past the stage it refused to move past years ago.

  7. That hair of yours is actually makes you look feminine!
But you look like you could turn into a rockstar!
And in these days i think it should be accepted completely to choose to be feminine or masculine!

  8. OGX is mostly a silicone: clotetrasiloxane, Isododecane, C12-15 Alkyl Benzoate, Cocos Nucifera (Coconut) Oil, Bambusa Vulgaris Extract, Phenyl Trimethicone, Water (Aqua), Propylene Glycol, Fragrance (Parfum). Why not use real coconut oil, melted, used sparingly?
Olaplex Bonding oil is mostly Silicone as well. Because of these silicones I use a clarifying shampoo every 2 weeks to get the coating off my hair.

  9. I have damaged my hair with silk press and my hair gets really oily and I believe its because of it 😭 really tricky on where to start to recover from it

  10. I'm trying to figure out how to help my boyfriend grow out his broken frizzy baby hairs on top, he really hates how pouffy it looks. Shoul he apply oil to the scalp too or just lightly on the broken baby hairs?
