But if you gave them 2 cups of strawberries, they are going to feel much fuller.

So i did some research and they confirmed olive oil makes you full. Usually i wanna snack 1-2 hrs after a meal idk why but not this time. Couldn't even force myself to snack by how comfortable and relaxed by stomach felt. The meal had about 400g potatoes, maybe 50g protein of lean fish, 1tbs coconut oil to cook with and 3-4 teaspoon of olive oil.

  13. If I eat it every day olive oil makes me put weight on no doubt about it despite being a very active person. Coconut oil on the other hand definitely helps make me lose weight probably because of the MCT's. So I prefer coconut oil over the two. It seems to suit me better.
