Don't forget that California is now producing some of the best olive oil and wines in the world — winning out on blind taste tests for some years. The Italians and Spaniards are no dummies. They keep almost all of their premium olive oil for their own use. They export the rest. The problem is in distribution — where the valuable oil gets adulterated with added oils. Unfortunately, they usually never tell you this on the label. They SHOULD be required by law.   3. The foundation of my eating plan is 7-10 cups of green leafy vegetables (a big salad, for sure!) every day. My favorite salad dressing has always been Italian, so I make my own now. Lots of spices, but the liquid portion is half Apple Cider Vinegar and half Extra Virgin Olive Oil. (There is a little water, but basically half and half) The way I like it, I am sure I get more than a tablespoon's worth. Great Video!

  10. OKAY so a few days ago I started regimen of taking fiber daily. Then I wanted to add olive oil so I thought why not add the oil to the fiber powder? It is orange flavored (citracel) so it totally masks any taste and texture of the oil…… so far easy peasy btw both the fiber and the oil dont like to stay mixed in water so I simply leave the same table spoon in the glass and keep stirring between sips…then I spoon out and eat the sludge….finally I rinse with a little more water in the glass a few times until it is mostly rinsed clean and all in my tummy….so far? so good!

  11. This is bullshitt, olive oil is poisson. Its an unnatural processed product. Its 99.99% fat/oil. The reason for the healthy mediteranian food way is a lot of fruits and vegetables, few meat. If you want the healthy ingredients of olive oil, eat olives and not just the fat. Producer have spread this false facts to sell their products.
