  1. I noticed that you didn’t show pictures of Steve Jobs when you showed people who died of cancer. Or showed the amount of sugar added in the “studies” about meat/cholesterol. Also, after the pandemic we all know that the NIH could not possibly be wrong or straight up lie since they have absolutely no ties with BigPharma. Can you show us any studies proving that grass fed/grass finished beef is bad for you? Can you talk a little bit about lectins and inflammation? This video also didn’t talk about insulin levels.

IDK,, went off of being vegan and been on carnivore for a few months … burn fat and loose weight with little to no exercise .. my penis is stronger my balls are huge and erections thicker and more frequent. . . Gaining muscle by doing not much workout …. feel in control, not anxious and am able to embrace my manliness . FTW Carnivore is THE WAY TO GO .   5. I don’t want to look like that old man in the blue sweat shirt when I’m his age, looks frail and weak, kinda like his attempt to debunk something much bigger and important than himself. I also don’t want to think like he does either, an example of why to avoid long term vegan diets.

  6. I am type 2 diabetic and have tried the vegan diet a few times. Even as I lowered my fats and eliminated all animal foods, two weeks later when my cells would be totally drained of fats, my glucose would still rise up to 18 or 180 the other way of measuring. Point is: to have glucose spike like that after every meal is very dangerous. I still eat salads and veggies, but I cannot eat pasta, rice, potatoes and breads. I’m a former Chef so I know what I’m doing in the kitchen. Cholesterol from eggs has been proven over and over that it is not bad for the body. My cholesterol is just fine.

  7. I eat a well balanced omnivore diet. Which includes veggies, fruits, grains, some meat, mostly fresh Alaska seafood and eggs. Imagine that. It doesn't have to be one extreme or another.

  8. The problem with making your beliefs your identity is that you don’t leave any room for new ideas to change your mind later on. This goes for vegans and carnivores
